01 Do I need an appointment for service?
Typically, yes. We do accept walk-ins, but we are mainly an appointment-only store. Recalls especially need an appointment to ensure parts availability.

02 Who actually works on my vehicle?
We have Master Honda Technicians on staff. Master Technician status is the highest certification Honda offers. It takes years of training and testing to earn it, and not every dealership has one.
Our team of knowledgeable technicians also run an in-house mentorship program, training the next generation of Honda-certified technicians to hold the same standards. Every person on our service floor is here because they earned it.

03 What services do you perform?

04 Do you use genuine Honda parts?
Yes. We use genuine Honda OEM parts whenever possible. We use aftermarket parts based on availability and pricing, but we only do this after clearly communicating with you. We use parts that are engineered specifically for your vehicle, backed by the Honda brand's quality standards. It's one of the things that separates certified dealership service from an independent shop.

05 How long will my service appointment take?
We respect your time. That's why we built our process around getting you in and out without the runaround. If your service is going to take a while, we have acomfortable customer waiting area. And if you need to head out, we'll keep you posted.
If you do decide to wait at our dealership, our waiting room has laptop desks equipped with charging ports. We also have more community-based spaces with a TV area.
06 Do I qualify for Honda Service Pass?
If you purchased a new Honda from us, you may qualify for Honda Service Pass, which covers complimentary routine maintenance for your first year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first).¹ Ask our Honda service team when you check in.
