As we continue to navigate through these difficult times; we are more thankful than ever for the wonderful community we are part of here in the Central Valley. The Central Valley is truly like no other place. Even with all the uncertainty, I take my dog, Bailey, for a walk and encounter nothing but friendly greetings and kind smiles from neighbors. We are proving every day that we can practice social distancing while still being the close community we have always been.
Many of you have inquired about Tony Mistlin’s health, and I assure you he is doing very well. He is sheltering in place and remains in wonderful health and good spirits.
Be assured, our teams in all departments are standing ready to assist with your vehicle needs. We have many new processes in place to succeed in keeping employees and customers safe.
We have reduced our hours of operation, the number of staff on-site at a time, increased customer spacing, are practicing social distancing and have extremely aggressive sanitation practices in place.
Our employees are vitally important to the role we play in this community and I am happy to report that all the friendly faces you are accustomed to seeing are still here to assist you. We are determined to do our best to keep all our valued staff working through this time.
In addition, we are offering a pickup and delivery option in Service for our Senior citizens. Our older generation is so important to us and the wisdom they impart daily into our lives is without measure, especially during this critical time in our nations’ history. We must do everything we can, as a community to protect them from this extremely harmful virus.
As always, in this rapidly changing environment, our experienced team, will continue to monitor the situation and make changes as needed. PEOPLE ARE OUR PRIORITY.
We will post updates frequently, so please check our social feeds prior to coming in for the latest information.
We continue to wish everyone good health and best wishes during this difficult time.
